1. Returns

At TikTreasure, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable Dutch and European consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Personal care products
  • Opened or used items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital products or downloadable content

3. Return Process

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution such as:

  • Replacement
  • Refund
  • Store credit

5. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank

Payments processed through Mollie will be refunded back to the original payment method used during checkout.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, you must follow the standard return procedure after receiving the item.


7. Chargebacks & Abuse

TikTreasure reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks or abusive refund claims.

Evidence such as tracking information, delivery confirmation, and customer communication may be provided to payment providers and financial institutions when necessary.
