1. Order Processing

At TikTreasure, we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information when available.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 5–12 business days
  • Europe: 5–15 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Customs clearance
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High seasonal demand
  • External logistical factors

TikTreasure is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Any additional customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be provided by email after your order has been shipped.

Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


5. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information.

TikTreasure is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
  • Delays caused by incomplete customer information

If an order has not yet been shipped, customers may contact us to request an address correction.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at:

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist where possible.


7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
